How to setup custom domain

  1. On the site settings page, upgrade your site plan to Basic.
  2. On the site settings page, configure your custom domain.
  3. Go to the website of your DNS provider, add an ALIAS or ANAME or CNAME record, set the value to proxy.hunch.cloud. We recommend using ALIAS or ANAME record. Please consult your DNS provider if you're not sure how to do this.
  4. Publish your website.
  5. It may take 24 hours for the DNS change to take effect, open http://your-domain.com in your browser, if it shows your website, then the DNS change works.
  6. Hunch will provision a SSL certificate for your domain after the DNS change takes effect. If this takes more than 24 hours, contact us directly.
  7. When the https ready label is shown on your site settings page, you can unpublish and publish again to serve your site on your custom domain through https. Cheers.
